Each unit is fully air-conditioned and contains all the necessary linens, dishes and cookware. Satellite TV and DVD/VCR's are located in each unit.

Rental rates for the four units range from € 600,00 - € 3.000,00 depending on the unit and season. Annual revenue potential is € 250.000,00 per year.

The Villa also contains a 3,000 square feet art gallery space at street level. This space can be maintained as a gallery or converted to a restaurant or rental commercial space to increase total revenues.
