The country property “Volpara” is situated only a kilometer from the road leading to the historical centre of città della Pieve, which is one of the most beautiful historical cities of Central Italy, the birthplace of the famous painter of the Renaissance, Perugino.Città della Pieve is located on the borders between Tuscany and Umbria, two of the most important regions of Italy from the artistic point of view, but to be precise it is situated within the province of Perugia. A beautiful property which includes 6 hectares of land, a country house in need of restoration located only a short distance from the historical centre of Città della Pieve. The property is only approximately 1 km from the main road leading to the village and is nestled within a centuries old olive grove which measures approximately 4 hectares, made up of approximately 500 trees which gives the property a wonderful, almost magical feeling. The other two hectares of land are currently woodland and arable fields.
