Description of buildings
The apartment measures approximately 120 sq mts and is all on one floor. It has lovely views of the historical centre of the town and the surrounding area. The living area consists of: a utility room, a bathroom with a bath, a kitchen with a fireplace, a lounge, a single bedroom and a double bedroom. There are some very interesting features within the apartment, for example the floors are paved with terracotta tiles and the ceilings have exposed wooden beams, at the moment they have been painted (as was the fashion in the 1960’s) but once they have been sandblasted they will return to their original wooden flinish. All of these features give a more traditional, rustic and picturesque atmosphere to the apartment.
Condition
The property is in excellent condition and is therefore ready to move into straightaway. It has retained intact some of the wonderful traditional features of a typical Tuscan house. In particular the wonderful old terracotta floors.
