Chianciano Terme is a Thermal Spa Centre which is rich with minerals which offer healing properties. Description of buildings
The property is situated only a few metres from a thermal spa centre, in the centre of the town, in a very quiet and peaceful location. It is fully restored and measures approximately 75 sq mts. The apartment was originally constructed at the beginning of the 1900’s and was modified internally in the 1980’s, which included strengthening the ceilings of the ground floor, new flooring and internal fittings, new electrical wiring and plumbing, the fitting of a shower in the bathroom on the first floor, all of which was carried out with minimum modification to the external appearance of the property.
